Domingo's Fire Oil

I started making my own chili oil because I was honestly disappointed with what I was finding — low-quality oils, added sugar (which I’m trying to avoid), and flavors that just didn’t hit. If I was going to make my own anyway, I wanted to do it right.

This chili oil is made with avocado oil for better quality and flavor, plus a secret blend of Mexican spices for a unique twist you won’t find in store-bought versions. No sugar. Just bold, savory heat.

I use this stuff on almost everything — eggs, veggies, rice, meats, pizza… basically anything that gets better with salt
